Return Policy 

Return 

We will accept a return of our products for a refund of your purchase price, minus the shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 7 days (including weekends) of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition (the “Return”). For the Return, you must email us to service@mydrinkup.com with your order number, name, email, return reason. Make email title as “Return a Product”.  

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We do not accept the Returns of (a) any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) and used, (b) any product(s) not in its original condition or (c) any product(s) that is damaged, sensor is activated with an app, or is missing parts. 

We will inspect the product(s) upon receiving it back. If the returned product(s) does not meet the return policy, you will be charged for shipping to ship the product(s) back to you.  

 

Defective Return 

All DrinKup products come with a 1-year warranty from the product ship out date. 

For defective returns and exchanges or repairs (the “Defective Return”), when the defective product is eligible for manufacturer's warranty (i.e. within the warranty period), we will, at our sole discretion, exchange the defective product with a new product or have the defective product repaired.  

You will need to pay for shipping to ship to our service center for the defective product or components. For the Defective Return, you must email us to service@mydrinkup.com with your order number, name, email, defective issue. Make email title as “Defective Return”. Our service team will get back to you in a timely manner.  

If the product is out of warranty or not covered by warranty e.g. misuse of product, damaged by nature disaster or electrical surge, disassemble or modify the product, we will charge parts & labor for replacement or repair. You will be responsible for shipping cost to ship back the product or part.  

 

Refund 

In the event of the Return or Defective Return, you must put items in the original box, together with all accessories, such as a charger, USB cable, which were included at the time of purchase. We’ll inspect all returned items. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the purchase on our site minus the shipping costs.  

Upon inspection if the product has been used, opened, missing accessories, or damages cause by misuse or shipping, we will deduct all necessary costs before providing refunds.
